- 1st Shift Assembler works Monday – Friday, 6am-2:30pm
The Pay for Assemblers:
- $20/hr
- Over time pay is paid at 1.5x your rate, after 40 hours per week is worked

Job Duties of the Assembler:
- Organize and prepare materials for assembly
- Perform manufacturing sequences required to assemble electrodes
- Responsible for achieving and maintaining specified product quality levels
- Troubleshoot assembly problems as required

Job Requirements:
- Assembly experience preferred; entry level position
- Adept with hand tools (soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers) and good dexterity
- Able to read and follow instructions and procedure
- Ability to understand assembly documentation, blueprints, and/or wire lists
- Familiarity with general computer operation
- IPC Soldering Certification a plus
- QSR experience a plus
- Stand/walk/sit (seated positions available)
- Grip, grasp, twist, bend, reach
- Lift up to 35 lbs.

The Pay?for the Engineering Technician:
- $67,000-75,000 Based on experience

Job Duties of the Engineering Technician:
- Review and respond to customer Requests for Quotation (RFQs) for products.
- Assist in building, documenting, and introducing new assemblies and support engineering changes to existing
designs. - Support the design, build, and repair of test fixtures used with the Cable-Eye (Cami) continuity testing system.
- Diagnose and resolve board assembly issues, performing component level troubleshooting as needed.
- Assist the Lakewood team and offer support with technical issues by learning the product and offering support
with technical issues. - Work with production leadership to analyze and improve manufacturing processes, including reviewing labor
standards, capacity planning, and workflow optimization. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and product flow.
- Read and interpret customer drawings and electrical schematics to ensure accurate builds and documentation.
- Support new product introductions (NPI) and transitions into production.
- Maintain accurate technical and production records, including updates within the ERP system (ShopWorx or
similar). - Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams.

The Pay for the Rewind Operators:
- 2nd shift: $17.75/hr
- Over time pay is paid at 1.5x your rate, after 40 hours per week is worked
Job Duties of the Rewind Operator:
- Responsible for processing large rolls of material into smaller, finished rolls
- Operate various packaging and cutting equipment to cut down paper and package using an L-Sealer
- Operates standing or sedentary rewind equipment to cut, package and prepare finished labels for shipment according to customer specifications
- Meets expected production output while working safely and following all procedures and policies
- Completes required quality and production logs using basic math
- Uses two hands to set up rolls and empty spools for rewinding application
- May use a foot pedal to operate some pieces of rewind equipment
- Work with other shifts to keep the area clean and safe
- Uses ruler skills and attention to detail to maintain quality control inspections of product
