Forklift Operator – Order Picker (Multiple Shifts Available)
We are hiring experienced Order Picker Forklift Operators to join a leading warehouse and distribution team. This role requires operating an order picker lift where you are secured in a harness and elevated to hand-select products. Comfort with heights and prior experience on this type of equipment are strongly preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Operate PIT/order picker equipment to select, move, store, and load products
• Use RF scanners or warehouse terminals to complete assigned tasks
• Load and unload trucks as part of shipping and receiving
• Put away product into racking systems
• Perform general warehouse duties as assigned
• Follow all safety procedures and production standards

Job Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 months of forklift experience (order picker experience highly preferred)
• Understanding of forklift safety guidelines
• Ability to lift 20–50 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks
• Basic computer and scanner skills

• Utilize Pick to Light as required
• Receive boxes from order filling
• Verify contents, print packing labels
• Air pack to fill gaps
• Use electric or hand held taping device to close box
• Transfer box to conveyor for shipping

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand and move about the warehouse for the entire shift
