The Floor Clerk’s primary responsibility will be to support the floor operation with administrative and clerical functions while continuously performing quality control checks when necessary. Essential Duties and

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Work directly with Warehouse Supervisor to meet customer service expectations and ensure accuracy and control of all documents and paperwork associated with the floor operation.

• Assist with start of shift ensuring employees/associate Labor Log is accurate and all associates have scanned into payroll tracking system.

• Audit all inbound paperwork from office for accuracy.

• Audit trailer unload paperwork completed by warehouse associates to identify potential errors.

• Populate Inbound CPH tracker. • Serve as a back up for Auditor position.

• Periodically audit shipping paperwork on outbound trailers while performing a dock walk.

• Audit outbound trailer pouch before turned into office from the floor.

• Collaboration between office and floor. • Handle all YMS moves once Wherenet implementation is completed (TBD).

• Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Solid organizational skills.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in warehousing andor distribution.

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

• Careful attention to detail, and a disciplined approach to their job • MS Office competency (Word, Excel, etc.)

• Bilingual.

Education:

• Education: High School diploma or higher.

• Years of relevant Distribution Experience: 2 years minimum

Summary: Receives, stores, and distributes material and products within warehouse by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to lead and direct team efforts in a warehouse environment.

• Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.

• Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.

• Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.

• Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes items to production workers or assembly line.

• Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department.

• Marks materials with identifying information such as labels.

• Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed.

• Weighs or counts items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards.

• Arranges product in specified sequence for assembly by other workers.

• Reach truck operators who are picking and processing orders • May occasionally load out trailers using forklift

• Limited RDC and DA processing

• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities: Leads a group of 10+ employees in the warehouse operation. Responsibilities include ability to lead, motivate and direct team efforts while informing department supervisor of problems or potential problems that require immediate attention

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Skills and Abilities: Bilingual skills are highly desirable.

Material Handlers Will:

• Load and unload material within a warehouse or storage facility
