Job Summary:

The Mold Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring dipping equipment used in the production of medical devices, industrial parts, or coated products. This role ensures that all dipping, curing, and finishing processes are carried out in accordance with company procedures, regulatory standards, and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and adjust dip molding or coating equipment to ensure consistent product quality.
• Prepare dipping solutions, molds, or substrates according to standard operating procedures.
• Inspect parts for defects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and product specifications.
• Accurately record production data, including batch records, lot numbers, and process parameters.
• Perform in-process quality checks and document results as required.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions, material issues, or process deviations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Remedy Staffing is now hiring Mechanical Assemblers for a growing manufacturing company in Little Chute, WI. This is a full-time, 1st shift opportunity with excellent pay and a strong work-life balance with a 4-day workweek.

In this role, you will be assembling mechanical components using hand and power tools in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists
• Gather and organize parts, tools, and materials for assembly
• Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies efficiently and accurately
• Measure and verify finished products to ensure specifications are met
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and communicate with supervisors as needed
• Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering and tracking supplies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to use hand and power tools (drills, wrenches, pliers, hammers, screwdrivers, etc.)
• Ability to read blueprints and perform basic measurements
• Capable of lifting, bending, and moving materials throughout the shift
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks for extended periods (9+ hours)
• Ability to alternate between sitting and standing and move between workstations

Forklift Operator (1st & 2nd Shift) – Fond du Lac, WI

Pay: $20.50 – $21.50 per hour

Shifts Available: 1st and 2nd Shift

Position Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join our team in Fond du Lac. In this role, you will operate material handling equipment in a cooler/refrigerated environment, ensuring safe and efficient movement of products throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials
• Safely transport finished goods and raw materials within the warehouse or production area
• Work in a cooler setting (temperature-controlled environment)
• Maintain accurate inventory and complete required documentation
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report any issues
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience required (certification preferred)
• Ability to work in a cooler/refrigerated environment for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shift

  • Die cut-off presses
  • Fabrication equipment
• Measure and inspect parts using tools (tape measure, ruler, etc.)
• Ensure products meet production specifications and quality standards
• Maintain safe and organized work area
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and production guidelines
• Perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting on equipment

Qualifications

Required:

• Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and use a ruler or tape measure accurately
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Preferred:

• Experience with roll forming or fabrication equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
