Available Schedules:

1st Shift

2nd Shift

  • Monday - Thursday
  • 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM
  • Potential overtime on Fridays

 

Job Responsibilities:

As a Seasonal Manufacturing Associate, you will:

  • Inspect apparel products for quality and accuracy
  • Trim loose threads and prepare finished garments
  • Verify logos, wording, colors, and customization details
  • Fold and package completed customer orders
  • Hand steam apparel as needed
  • Help ensure products meet company quality standards

What You'll Do

As a Dip Mold Operator, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality products while working with specialized coating and molding equipment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Operate, monitor, and adjust dip molding and coating equipment to maintain product quality.
  • Prepare dipping solutions, molds, and substrates following established procedures.
  • Perform visual inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Accurately record production data, batch records, lot numbers, and process parameters.
  • Document in-process quality inspection results.
  • Identify and report equipment issues, material concerns, or process deviations.
  • Work closely with the production team to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

  • Production facility with a hot working environment.

Join a growing manufacturing team in Neenah! We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to operate a production machine line and ensure quality products are manufactured to customer specifications. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with manufacturing experience, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Independently operate and monitor a production machine line.
  • Ensure the machine continues running efficiently and producing quality product.
  • Monitor the hopper and maintain adequate material supply throughout production runs.
  • Perform quality inspections using digital calipers and compare measurements to blueprints and customer specifications.
  • Assemble cardboard boxes by folding and stapling them using a staple gun.
  • Package finished products and palletize completed boxes for shipment.
  • Remove scrap material and cut down product using a saw when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Follow all company safety and quality standards.

Shift Options & Pay

2nd Shift

  • Hours: Monday through Friday, 2:50 PM - 11:00 PM
  • Pay: $19.50 per hour
  • Includes a paid 20-minute break

3rd Shift

  • Hours: Monday night through Friday night, 10:50 PM - 7:00 AM
  • Pay: $20.00 per hour
  • Includes a paid 20-minute break
