Schedule:
Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Flexible scheduling options may be available:
6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Tuesday - Friday schedule
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Gather and inspect materials used in production.
- Assemble mattresses, cushions, slings, wheelchairs, clinical care recliners, and other manufactured products.
- Operate machinery, hand tools, power tools, and adhesives as needed.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Package completed products for shipment.
- Assist with general production, assembly, and warehouse tasks as assigned.

We are seeking hardworking, reliable individuals to join our team as Cheese Laborers in Chilton, Wisconsin. This hands-on production role is ideal for candidates who enjoy physical work, working as part of a team, and contributing to the production of high-quality cheese products.
What You'll Do
As a Cheese Laborer, you will support packaging and sanitation operations within the facility. Key responsibilities include:
- Lift and place 7-pound cheese blocks onto conveyor belts for packaging.
- Stack product into large plastic totes.
- Move filled totes using a pallet truck to the sealing station.
- Transfer sealed totes to the cooler for storage.
- Maintain safe and efficient workflow throughout the production process.
- Assist with nightly sanitation of production equipment, including:
- Conveyor belts
- Packaging machinery
- Production surfaces
- Perform wet cleaning activities while wearing protective rain gear and PPE.
- Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures.
Possible Schedules:
Second Shift
- Monday – Thursday OR Tuesday – Friday
- 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Third Shift
- Monday – Thursday + 1 hour into Friday
- 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Pay & Benefits
Base Pay: $24.70/hour
Shift Premiums:
- +$3.00/hour for hours worked between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM
- +$2.25/hour for weekend hours worked

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and adjust dip molding or coating equipment to ensure consistent product quality.
- Prepare dipping solutions, molds, or substrates according to standard operating procedures.
- Inspect parts for defects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and product specifications.
- Accurately record production data, including batch records, lot numbers, and process parameters.
- Perform in-process quality checks and document results as required.
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions, material issues, or process deviations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.

Position Overview
We are currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join our team in Fond du Lac. In this role, you will operate material handling equipment in a cooler/refrigerated environment, ensuring safe and efficient movement of products throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials
- Safely transport finished goods and raw materials within the warehouse or production area
- Work in a cooler setting (temperature-controlled environment)
- Maintain accurate inventory and complete required documentation
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any issues
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
