Production Associate Responsibilities

- Inspect products as directed

- Follow all safety and quality guidelines

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for our valued client in West Jefferson, OH.
The ideal candidate will operate HAAS/DAEWOO CNC machines and auxiliary equipment, ensuring safe and efficient production.
?? Position Details
Pay: $20.00/hr
Shift:
- Monday - Friday 6am-2:30pm
- Monday–Thursday, 2:30PM–1:00AM
?? Responsibilities
- Operate all machine control panel functions
- Understand and interpret machine codes
- Work confidently with the X and Z coordinate system
- Run automatic machine programs, including needed inputs
- Navigate machine displays and verify machine status
- Call up, start, and restart programs
- Load/unload machines and inspect all products (medium/heavy lifting required)
- Change and adjust tooling (identify tool, axis, direction, etc.)
- Change chuck jaws and set workpiece coordinate positions (G54 or G55)
- Maintain housekeeping and productivity standards

• Lift and move cases up to 50 lbs
• Pick and stage orders for outbound shipments
• Load trailers
