Starting Pay: $20.00/ HR

Shift: 2nd Shift

Duties include:

• Operation of all functions on control panels
• Understanding of machine codes
• Understanding of X and Z Coordinate system
• Automatic operation of any programs including necessary input
• Navigate the required displays
• Call up program and start/restart program as needed
• Verify state of machine, active functions and controls before starting program
• Load/unload machine and inspect all product. (medium, heavy lifting required)
• Change and adjust tooling as needed.
• This includes identifying tool, axis, and direction for correct adjustment.
• Change chuck jaws and set work piece coordinate position (G54 or G55)
• Housekeeping
• Maintain productivity CNC Machinist
