We are seeking dependable and motivated Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team. These are temp-to-hire opportunities with on-the-job training provided. Entry-level and Spanish speaking candidates with manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply.
Shift & Pay Information
3rd Shift
- Monday-Friday
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- $19.00/hour
Additional Benefits
- Overtime available based on production needs

Essential Responsibilities
- Load raw materials into CNC machines
- Start, monitor, and operate machine equipment
- Remove finished parts and prepare them for the next production process
- Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools
- Verify parts meet blueprint specifications and quality standards
- Monitor critical dimensions and overall product quality
- Change tools and replace inserts as directed
- Deburr parts as needed
- Maintain coolant levels and machine functionality
- Operate multiple machines when required
- Record production quantities and labor time accurately
- Complete inspection documentation and production records
- Report machine issues or quality concerns to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Perform additional duties as assigned
