Job Summary:

Ensure timely and accurate research for special projects, help create Standard Operating Procedures and Policies for all departments, work with Marketing to produce high quality images for catalog and website, communicate with team members and department managers about project goals and expectations. Produce and implement internal company doctrine. Perform related duties and research as assigned by supervisor Assist in compiling data, reports and regulatory programs for Safety Officer and S & P Director Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Required Skills: 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal departments and management
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Experience with Adobe or other graphic design applications preferred
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary support
• Ability to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
• Ability to complete tasks with limited support, supervision and oversight.
• Ability to perform the essential job functions consistently, safely and successfully within regulatory and statutory standards
