What You'll Do
As a Field Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates into a variety of positions while supporting high-volume staffing goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract top talent through:
- Community outreach
- Local schools, colleges, and trade/vocational programs
- Job boards
- Social media platforms
- Networking events
- Create and manage compelling job postings to attract active and passive candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Match qualified candidates with available client opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for current and future openings.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the ATS.
- Re-engage existing candidates to support staffing needs and improve fill rates.
- Participate in daily staffing and whiteboard meetings to review hiring priorities.
- Utilize labor market knowledge and client requirements to effectively fill positions.
- Guide candidates through the hiring process from application through placement.
- Complete onboarding activities, including:
- Drug screens
- I-9 verification
- Background checks
- Ensure recruiting activities remain compliant with company policies and employment regulations.
Job Requirements:
Preferred Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 6 months of recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or related experience preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment is highly desired.
