Remedy is seeking a Production Planner for a leading HVAC compressor manufacturer in Tallahassee, FL. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining production schedules, balancing customer demand, inventory, and manufacturing capacity to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize production schedules.
• Maintain planning data, production orders, and scheduling information in ERP/MRP systems.
• Analyze inventory, production performance, and schedule adherence to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Create Excel-based reports, dashboards, and tracking tools.
• Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Service teams to support production goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and reporting automation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of production planning, inventory control, materials management, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.

Aftermarket Service Coordinator

Location: Tallahassee, FL

Pay: $28.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Aftermarket Service Coordinator to support a fast-paced service operation. This role serves as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring timely communication, accurate information flow, and a positive customer experience throughout the repair, return, and service process.

The Aftermarket Service Coordinator will monitor open service cases, track key performance indicators, coordinate return logistics, maintain service records, and provide status updates to stakeholders. This position works closely with Technical Support, Warehousing, Planning, Production, Engineering, Quality, Shipping, and Customer Service teams to ensure service requests are prioritized and completed efficiently. The successful candidate will help resolve issues, support cross-functional communication, and drive timely case closure.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer-facing service experience

• 2+ years supporting aftermarket services in manufacturing

• Associate degree or equivalent experience

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

• SAP experience including SD, ARM, Service Management, and Planning

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism

Job Requirements:

Long term temp positions. All positions are Temp-to-Hire. Positions range from entry level to skilled. 

$19/hour – Weekly Pay

Must be able to work Swing Shift hours along with Work Weekends. Example work schedule: Monday – Friday 6:00 a.m. – 4:00/6:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. -2:00/4:00 a.m. OT to be expected! 

Position may include but not limited to the following job task:

General Labor position will assist in one of 3 major work areas: Mill Production, Coating Department, and Shipping Department. As General Laborer you may utilize tools such as: 30lb. grinder, welding, quality control, hacksaw, cable, pipe bar, chains, hoist, sledgehammer, pneumatic air tools, crimper devices, plasma cutter, etc.

• $19/hour with Weekly Pay
• Pipe Production/General Labor position is physically demanding and considered highly repetitious motion work.
• The position will require you to be on your feet for 10-hour to 12-hour shifts.
