Schedule & Work Environment

• 12-hour shifts: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Monday–Saturday with potential Sunday work
• Weekly rotating shift schedule – candidates must be flexible
• Consistent overtime (potentially 50 hours per week)
• Work performed in industrial and non-climate-controlled environments
• Exposure to heavy machinery, steel materials, industrial coatings, and outdoor conditions

We are hiring dependable and safety-driven General Laborers, Industrial Manufacturing for temporary positions within a large industrial pipeline coating facility. Associates can expect up to 72 hours per week, earning $17.00 per hour for the first 40 hours and time-and-a-half for all hours worked over 40. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable with hands-on, physically demanding work in a heavy industrial environment and who take safety seriously.

 Key Responsibilities

• Grind large-diameter steel pipes using industrial grinding tools
• Strip and clean pipes to prepare for coating or shipment
• Handle, move, and prep pipes weighing up to 20,000 lbs
• Assist with staging and organizing materials for transport
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
• Follow all safety protocols, plant regulations, and operating procedures
• Wear all required PPE at all times (hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toe boots, gloves, etc.)
• Report hazards, equipment issues, or unsafe conditions immediately
