Hours: (Vary by day you are scheduled)(You will work MOST weekends and have two days off during the week)
Sunday's 11:00/12:00am - 9:30pm
Saturday’s, Monday’s, Tuesday’s, Thursday's & Friday’s - 1:30pm - 10:00pm
Wednesday’s - 3:00pm - 11:30pm
(You will have off 2 days/week sometimes next to each other sometimes not)
Job Duties:
Assist in room set up for events (Setting up and taking down of Chairs and Tables)
Cleaning bathrooms, (refiling toilet paper, paper towels and soap)(cleaning floors, sinks, toilets and walls).
Floor care, (sweeping, dusting & mopping).
Cleaning: glass windows, lights, wooden banisters, tables & walls.
Requirements:
Ability to work 1-2 days per weekend.
Proven track record of reliability.
Ability to push, pull, lift up to 40 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, squat, kneel, bend, push & pull for an 8 hour shift.

Our customer is looking for a Customer Service Representative who can also sell products to existing customers. This position is located in Clive. This is a temp-to-hire role.
Starting Pay: $18.00-$20.00
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm (Tuesdays 7:00am-5:00pm)
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls and assisting customers with understanding their accounts and processing requests.
- Assist the collection managers with transfers, rewrites, repos, refused returns, letters and other paperwork.
- Enter contracts into computer system.
- Assist with closing accounts, process deferrals & extensions and ending contracts.
- Filing & sorting.
- Preparing UCC paperwork.
Requirements:
- Ability to "sell" equipment to customer base.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, 10 key and phone operations (APAK exp preferred but can be learned).
- Type 35 to 40 words a minute.
- Solid communication, phone skills.
- 2+ years Customer Service experience is important (handling difficult customers).
- Ability to multitask, problem solve.
