¦Troubleshoots repairs, installs, and maintains a variety of heating and air conditioning equipment.

¦ Performs electrical checks on three-phase 460-volt A/C equipment.

¦ Removes pumps and performs routine maintenance work.

¦ Replace air conditioning filters and pipe insulation.

¦ Adjusts and calibrates temperature control devices on pneumatic and electronic A/C systems.  Performs preventive maintenance inspections and repairs.

* Removal of small debris from the site

• Inspect Incoming Shipments: Verify that the items received match purchase orders and packing lists, checking for accuracy and damage.
• Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments, including shipping documents, invoices, and bills of lading.
• Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and assist in conducting regular stock counts to ensure accurate stock levels and locations.
• Packaging and Labeling: Prepare items for dispatch by selecting appropriate packaging materials, labeling containers, and assembling customer orders for shipment. Coordination with Carriers.
• Coordinate with freight carriers to schedule the pickup and delivery of shipments and provide necessary instructions.
