Pay: $17.00 

Hours: Start time will be 330PM and you will work 8 - 10 hour shifts 5 days out of the seven day work week

Work Schedule: Flexibility to work any five days within the seven day work week

Warehouse Worker with Forklift Responsibilities/Duties:

• Forklift Operations (Sit and Stand)
• Order Selecting/Storing
• Shipping/Receiving
• Loading/Unloading
• Material Handling
• General Labor/Warehouse

Forklift/Warehouse Requirements:

• Must have a fully composed resume reflecting all responsibilities/duties listed above
• Ability to work as part of a team and/or individually
• Must be able to work in a COLD environment (55 degrees)
• Must have a flexible working schedule
• Must be able to submit to a criminal background and drug screening
• Must be able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the US

Pay Rate: 21.60 

Leasing Agent Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30p Saturday 9am-2pm

Leasing Agent Responsibilities:

? Addresses client needs, eligibility, in compliance with Fair Housing Laws and Resident Selection Plan.

? Tours apartments with clients; discuss all benefits of the apartment community and each apartment shown.

? Explains to the prospect, in detail, the application procedures and lease contract.

? Assures application is processed in a timely manner through the property supported database.

? Type leases, enter leasing and traffic information on logs.

? Type weekly, monthly and/or special reports as designated by Assistant Community Manager or Community Manager.

? Receives deposit and rent money per the accounting procedure and Beacon Communities SOP including type of funds accepted, providing receipts, and records appropriately.

? Welcome new residents. Assist as necessary to ensure an enjoyable move-in process.

? Processes resident transfers.

? Adheres to all policies and procedures

Client Service Specialist Pay: $ 21.60

Client Service Specialist Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Client Service Specialist Responsibilities:

•Case management experience required 

? Performs clerical work of routine difficulty

•Involving the taking of initial applications for housing, rent collection and continued occupancy for public housing developments,

• Conducts screening, intake and move in of applicants as per the Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy.

• Collects and deposits funds owed by residents.

• Ensures rent payments and other charges are inputted into the computer in a timely manner, maintain records of collections, prepare reports.

• Maintains and monitors delinquent rent roll.

• Completes and tracks re-certifications on residents at the assigned developments.

• Completes interviews of residents and processes change of income for residents.

• Issues lease violations and monitors curb appeal for residents at the assigned developments.

• Prepares and Processes recommendation for lease violations.

• Conducts move-in, move-out and housekeeping inspections of units.

• Completes move out of residents as per the Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP).and SOP's. Maintain a working knowledge of Housing Authority policy and procedures to assure residents have a clear understanding of changes that may affect their residency.

• Facilitates resident meetings Ensure time is entered daily.

• Prepares Reasonable Accommodations for approval and/or denial.

• Performs other duties as assigned.
