• Ensuring appropriate documentation

• Troubleshoot wiring
• Test Product
• Cleanup HMI and PLC programs
• Complete checkoff sheet
• Inform team leaders and project engineers of any changes found or needed
• Finalize machines
• Complete chapter 3 of machine manual
• Update master programs

• Assist in the assembly of various machines, conveyors, and assemblies
• You will work with the production team manager to fully assemble case packing lines and other auxiliary equipment. 
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools

Job Duties

• Reading and comprehending electrical assembly drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams

• Preparing back panels for electrical component assembly including measuring, drilling, and tapping holes in the subpanel

• Gathering, preparing, and installing electrical parts needed for electrical panels

• Wiring electrical panels with provided electrical schematics

• Printing and installing wire, terminal, and device label making software

• Building up batches of back panels with din rail and wireway. May include assembling parts onto panels. Ensuring the panel shop is kept clean and orderly.

• Assisting the build teams with minor wiring tasks or rework

• Assisting with final quality checks of completed panels and machines.

Electrical Engineers Needed

Job duties include, but are not limited to the following

• Constructing electrical assemblies and schematics to be used for various case packaging equipment throughout the project’s lifecycle.
•  Work with team members in design and conception of projects, with a focus on the electrical functionality needed to ensure machines run according to customer and company specifications.
•  Ensure safety measures are in place to achieve CAT3, PLd and reduce the likelihood of injury.
•  Research and develop new systems. These can include new components, new safety standards, new software, etc.
•  Work directly with customers on electrical design and implementation for new machinery.
•  Provide technical support for customers for existing machinery in a timely manner to decrease downtime and improve quality and serviceability.
•  Perform Sistema reports to ensure proper safety precautions are taken.
• Develop efficient plans for improving workflow and increase sustainability.
• Develop effective training methods for the electrical department.

Eligibility: You must be employed for over one year of continuous employment and meet the minimum hours for calendar year (1000 hrs.)
