Responsible for following standard operating procedures and processes within dough processing work area. Process Utility will be trained to safely and effectively work in mixing, sheeting, freezing, and packaging departments of frozen dough plant. Process Utility will be asked to perform multiple job functions through the course of a shift. Duties can include but are not limited to: Assist with dough sheeting and molding. Operating Packaging Equipment such as stick sorter/counter, box maker, box liner, checkweigher, case sealer, metal detector, case coder and palletizer.
