Assistant Pay: $130/ day + commission + mileage reimbursement

General Summary:

Sales assistants arrive to supermarkets and other retail locations each morning ready to represent our company and exceed customer expectations. They follow assigned routes to deliver and set up promotional items and displays across customer accounts to attract attention to the company’s beverages. They rotate product using first in-first out rotation standards, fill shelves and coolers, build displays, and exceed customer expectations in all accounts.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Fully stocks shelves with all company products according to the planogram, including coolers, warm shelves, displays, and non-alcoholic products as well, working backstock first before new delivery (FIFO rotation).
  • Arranges display of items in customer's establishment. Rotates product according to company rotation standards.
  • Distributes Point-of-Sale (POS) items such as neons, clocks, mirrors, posters, inflatables, tackers, glasses, cups, sample kits, case cards, core buff, and pennant string. 
  • Builds and merchandises displays in all assigned accounts, communicating with store sales representatives to obtain feedback about how they would like displays to be built.
  • Works with sales representative to help place orders for certain accounts

Education and Experience:

  • Valid Class E driver’s license, insurance, and acceptable driving record required.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Some previous merchandising, sales, promotions or stocking experience desired.

The ideal candidate for this position can work in a variety of working conditions, enjoys a fast-paced work environment, and loves being part of a team that loves what they do.  Material Handlers at this location load and/or unloads product delivered to the warehouse depending on which shift or warehouse the team member is assigned.  Material Handlers also move product around within warehouses so inventory can be easily accessed for processing of orders and assist other team members when needed. Material Handlers at this location must be certified to safely operate a Forklift and other necessary PPE.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Unloads incoming product to the warehouse using forklift or by hand when required if working the day shift.  Verifies inventory of incoming product.
  • Stacks pallets of product in designated areas in the warehouse.  Puts stock in cooler (with forklift).
  • Rotates stock and checks for pull dates if working the day shift.
  • Loads dunnage to return to brewery if working the day shift.
  • Counts and verifies outgoing keg or case loads against loadsheets.
  • Loads trucks in accordance with drivers’ load sheets. 
  • Checks and verifies load sheets and new orders to determine if additional products need to be added to trucks for delivery.
  • Loads add on’s onto route trucks for delivery to accounts.
  • Unloads any returns from trucks. 
  • Documents temperatures of kegs received from MillerCoors Breweries if working in keg warehouse if working the day shift.
  • Sends bad kegs back to brewery if assigned to the day shift in the keg warehouse.
  • Inspects expiration dates on kegs and cases and reports to management on stock about to expire.
  • Cleans up cooler or consolidates stock area in case warehouse in order to create room for incoming product if working the day shift.
  • Completes dunnage reports if working the day shift.
  • Conducts inventory of breakage. Counts breakage by truck and account if working the day shift.
  • Assists with repacking breakage.  Returns repacked beer back on line.
  • Adheres to all safety codes and OSHA standards.
  • Assists with keeping warehouse clean and orderly.
  • Works overtime when required.
  • Fills in for personnel on other shifts when required.
  • Assembles product for outside distributors and J.J. Taylor accounts.
  • Performs any additional duties and special tasks assigned by the Director of Operations  or Department Supervisor

Topping Machine Operator - Production Bakery

We are currently searching for experienced production or food service works for a Topping Machine Operator position at a Production Bakery in East Fort Myers. This is a full-time position with mandatory overtime Monday – Sunday (individuals must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays when needed). The Topping Operator monitors the line personnel, product and equipment periodically to ensure compliance with Company Standards and Policy.  It is the responsibility of the Topping Operator to ensure the equipment is operating sufficiently, that product is being produced in safe and sanitary manner, and the line personnel are following Good Manufacturing Practices and work procedures. Topping Operators are typically responsible for the flowing activities, on a rotational basis.  

Duties may include but are not limited to:  

  • Prepares line for production
  • Responsible for recording, and reporting downtime.
  • Performs routine adjustments online equipment to maintain product specifications.
  • Requests assistance in trouble-shooting and reports all non-conformances.

  • Remove defective product pieces and space unfinished baked goods onto boards to prevent them from baking together.
  • Perform daily divider clean-ups by removing excess dough from dividers, formers, floor.
  • Sort and orient product top side up on the slicer infeed feed conveyor.
  • Monitor and report defective product in this work area. Maintain control of slicing process and make adjustments as required.
  • Monitor board return conveyor and remove baked goods /product to avoid jams at the accumulator / proofers.
  • Relieve other employees for breaks, as needed, and assist Bakery Operator when required.
  • Collect and track waste in bakery production area. Maintain work area in a clean and orderly fashion, following all guidelines on the Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Responsible for housekeeping in work area and wet and dry-clean of Bakery.
  • May perform other duties when required by Team Leader.

Job Description

We are currently searching for an entry to mid-level accounting clerk with strong computer skills and some administrative experience. An accounting clerk at this location will help with invoicing, financial reporting, general accounting, and basic administrative tasks. 

Duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
  • Help prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits
  • Assist with the reconciliation of accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Verify discrepancies and resolve client billing issues
  • Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
  • Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of two years working experience in Administrative support and general Accounting
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • Ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
  • Data entry skills along with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel is a must.
  • Experience working with Eden helpful but not necessary 
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Customer service orientation and effective negotiation skills
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration helpful but not necessary
  • Bilingual helpful but not necessary
