Job Description:

Corrugated packaging products for local and national customers. The candidate must be proficient in all aspects of a multi-craft technician such as hydraulic and pneumatic systems, mechanical drives, welding, pipe fitting, and general machine maintenance. Additional responsibilities include: addressing PLC controls and programming issues, OEM computer systems, IP network connection to production equipment projects and AC/DC drive systems.

Job Tasks

Job Requirements:

• Able to read and follow instructions on factory masters. 
• Able to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy.  Able to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, measurement, volume and rate.  Able to apply concepts of high school math. 
• High school diploma or GED.
• Provide own tools necessary to perform maintenance tasks.
• Prior work experience in the corrugated industry.

Job Description: The Quality Technician is responsible for performing incoming inspection on raw materials and goods as well as final inspection of components. The Quality Technician will work closely with production management to ensure timely inspections of products, as well as be an advocate for the quality management system. The Quality Technician will also have responsibilities for providing support to the internal audit program as well as continuous improvement.

Essential Job Functions:

 • Perform incoming inspection on goods and raw materials

• Perform inspection to documented procedures on finished goods

• Perform some internal audits of processes and procedures

Job Description: The Assembly Technician is responsible for working at various stations and performing multiple functions including assembling and testing electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies, gluing sub assemblies, and mechanical assembly of force measurement products. Assembly Technicians work closely with production management to ensure timely and quality manufacturing of products

Essential Job Functions:

• Gluing of sub-assemblies using 2-part epoxy

• General mechanical assembly utilizing hand, powered, or pneumatic tools

• Integrating PCBs and other electronic components into Bertec products

• Solder wiring to PCB boards

• Assembly of wire harnesses, cables, and electronic sub-assemblies

• Calibration and testing of product

• Physical handling of components, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Tasks to perform:

? Ability to read tape measure accurately

? Can perform basic Fraction and Decimal changes
