Administrative Assistant/Transportation Coordinator needed for Depew company to coordinate the shipping of all products to ensure that they are released within defined shipping schedules and delivery times and to perform administrative and clerical duties for department.

  • Ensuring that all products are shipped by specified delivery dates for Retail           and within appropriate aging limits for Direct.  Monitors movement of product       once shipped and verifies that product reaches delivery points on schedule.

  • Preparation of microbiological test media and reagents for use in sample analysis.  Qualification of all prepared media to ensure they meet USP requirements for testing use.

 

  • Verification, preventative maintenance and cleaning of laboratory equipment following written standard operating procedures.

 

  • Write and review release reports summarizing test results for raw materials and finished goods

 

  • Ability to work independently to cover mandatory weekend and holiday shifts within the Microbiology Lab
