Remedy Intelligent Staffing is hiring for our client, a leader in hydraulic equipment manufacturing, as they are looking for someone to help them with their production projects. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate.

Shift/Hours: 1st shift. Monday-Friday. 8AM - 5PM.

Pay: $17.25/hour.

Job Duties:

• Place Products on Pallets for Storage.
• Box and Prep units for shipments.
• Pull orders or put orders away.
• Audit PO's as kits come in to verify part quantities.
• Clean Up building (Mop, Sweep, Take out the trash, break down boxes and stack empty part tote).
• Assist with installing and removing fittings.
• Complete basic assembles.

Job Requirements:

• Experience Builder/Tester of engine/hydraulic equipment.
• Assembly experience required.
• Technical/Mechanical background.

Job Duties:

• Must have working knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, brake systems, electrical trouble shooting, steering, and heating/cooling systems.
• Must be able to track maintenance work and schedules for each of the vehicles.
• Must be able to maintain parts inventory and cleanliness in the shop.
• Must provide own tools.
• Must be able to use hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, pressure gauges, or precision instruments, as well as power tools, such as pneumatic wrenches, lathes, welding equipment, or jacks and hoists.
• Must be able to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, twist, and all the physical aspects needed to perform the job duties, also including (but not limited to) good hand-eye coordination, endurance and physical strength.
• Must be able to communicate in a detailed manner.
• Valid driver’s license and high school diploma required.
• Ability to travel.

Ideal candidate will have between 5-20 years of experience in breakdown repair, troubleshooting issues, and ability to manage time.

Associates working at this location will perform a variety of tasks in the manufacturing process to make energy efficient, custom-made replacement vinyl windows. 

These are long term temporary assignments but can be temp to hire for exceptional candidates!

Must be able to work 40+ hour week. This can include weekends, holidays and overtime as required.

Pay: $16.50/hr.

Shift Hours: 5AM to 5PM.

Responsibilities include:

• Read, follow, and understand stand work, procedures and directions supplied for window order to meet customer requirements

• Sorting and cutting material for each window order

• Assembly of frame and sash sections

• Installing hardware, trimming and cleaning

• Ensure correct hardware used

• Preparing glass for installation

• Final assembly of unit
