Remedy Intelligent Staffing seeking Call Center Representatives for a local Casualty & Property insurance company located in Honolulu.

Pay: $15-17 per hour, depending on experience

***In-state applicants only as client companies expect candidates to interview for positions as soon as possible***

Job Duties:

• Provide service via phone in a high volume call center 
• Assist policy holders, agents, and others relating to billing, policy and claims questions in a timely and professional manner
• Process all personal lines policy transactions, including new business, endorsements, cancellations, renewals, reinstatements, and correspondence according to company policy 
• Data entry 
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1 year call center or technical rating experience strongly preferred
• Excellent listening, analytical, and problem solving skills required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Strong technical proficiency preferred
