A local insurance claims company is looking for a Hybrid Accounting Assistant to join their team with a partially remote work from home opportunity!

Pay: $16-$17 per hour, depending on experience

Job Duties:

• Responsible for Accounts Receivable and vendor maintenance
• Print, scan and upload documents into system
• Maintain check supply for various accounts
• Process and reconcile cash receipts
• Send monthly billing statements to clients
• Prepare monthly production and file reports for managers
• Other clerical duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office - especially Excel
• Must have 10 key accuracy
• Excellent customer and client servicing skills
• High attention to detail
