Reputable local company looking for a Project Manager!

Direct hire opportunity!

Job duties:

• Manage and lead team of technicians
• Oversee and create project schedules
• Liaison with clients and provide excellent customer service for all projects
• Communicate with clients on timeline and expectations
• Manage budget and overall finances for projects
• Oversee all documentation for compliance
• Provide reports to management team on overall project and staff deliverables
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must have construction, facilities maintenance and property restoration experience
• Must have previous supervisory experience including scheduling of staff and projects
• Must have a driver’s license and be able to pass a background check
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must be able to handle multiple projects at one time

Pay:  $80,000+ annually, depending on experience
