Local non-profit organization looking for a Managing Director!

Job responsibilities:

• Manage projects related to organizational growth
• Maintain daily operational goals for organization
• Provide high-level input regarding operational decisions and risks
• Manage public relations and fiscal support duties
• Facilitate meetings for the Board of Directors
• Assist in improving organization performance by reviewing and assisting with fundraising
• Review and publish newsletters
• Represent industry at various meetings including on a national scale
• Supervise and guide staff members and develop training plans
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must have at least four years of relevant senior management experience
• Undergraduate degree preferred. 
• Must have experience with financial management and strategic planning
• Must be able to manage complex projects
• Must have experience with staff management

Pay:  $50,000 - $70,000, depending on experience
