Reputable, local company looking for a Member Services Manager!
Job Duties:
- Promoting all programs and overseeing guest experience
- Overseeing responses to all inquiries and concerns
- Handling emergency situations that happen at the facilities
- Providing support for guests and family members
- Developing and maintaining relationships
- Documenting operational processes and creates standardized protocols for staff to follow
- Managing all data and ensures accurate record keeping
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Must have 5+ years of operations and service industry background
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple work initiatives concurrently
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Capacity to lead, coordinate and motivate employees
Pay: $75,000 per year, based on experience
