Healthcare organization looking for a Maintenance Service Manager!
Job duties including the following:
- Overseeing building maintenance services including staff
- Establishes standards and procedures for maintenance, renovation and housekeeping
- Ensures that standards and procedures are being followed
- Manage staff schedules and timesheets
- Work directly with executive operations team
- Manage inventory and invoices for services
- Ensure monthly reporting is accurate and timely
- Work with department to schedule work orders
- Coordinates staff meetings and trainings
- Perform necessary duties in emergency situations
- Respond and document department issues and concerns
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications include the following:
- Must have an Associates degree or equivalent from college or technical school
- Must have 3 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must be able to oversee staff
- Must maintain a current, valid Hawaii’s driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
Pay: $80,000 - $85,000 - depending on experience
