INCREDIBLE Customer Service opportunity to join fast growing team within a well-known employer in downtown Omaha, NE!  Must ne bilingual and have 2 years recent call center experience and live in the Omaha metro area.  This position requires working on-site but has the potential to become hybrid in Omaha in the future.  

Monday - Friday Schedule 

1st and 2nd shifts available (Pay increase working 2nd shift)

Annual Base Pay  $32,700 PLUS COMMISSION!!!

***Customer Service Representatives are earning additional incentives up to $1000/month!

Customer Service Representative Requirements: 

• Field inbound calls from customers with questions regarding their account and insurance policies
• Research and provide information to customers inquiries including claims information, billing assistance, policy information and more

Ideal candidates for the Customer Service Representative should have:

• A minimum of 2 years if recent call center experience 
• stable work history demonstrating their customer service experience
• the ability to maintain reliable and predictable attendance
• positive work experience within a call center environment
• the interest in joining one of Omaha's most successful companies!
