Great opportunity for Customer Service Representatives in Omaha with a growing company in town! Candidates will need to have longevity working in a call center environment and data entry.




Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm


Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative: 

  • Connect with customers to finalize their insurance selections
  • Accurately input application information
  • Communicate with brokers and clients to gather missing information
  • Properly set expectations for the underwriting process


Ideal candidates for the Customer Service Representative should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years if recent call center experience 
  • Stable work history demonstrating their customer service experience
  • The ability to maintain reliable and predictable attendance
  • Positive work experience within a call center environment
  • The interest in becoming licensed in life and health insurance
