  •  Manages Human Resources functions including facilitating the hiring process of all administrative positions, supervises and ensures training and cross training of all administrative staff, and manages administrative staffing and coverage. 
  •  Reviews and approves administrative staff timesheets for accuracy.
  •  Processes firm bank check deposits.
  •  Supervises and provides backup assistance to Assistant Director of Operations for contracts.
  •  Maintains and manages all firm insurance policies.
  •  Responds to client requests for data/surveys.
  •  Reviews invoices for accuracy and submitting to accounting firm with appropriate allocation instructions for payment. Conducts periodic review of entries to Bill.com for verification of accurate entry by accounting firm.
  •  Obtains tax documents for charitable contributions and W-9 forms from vendors.
  •  Files and maintains all company and corporate files.
  •  Prepares documents and/or information requested by Worker’s Compensation Auditor, attend meeting with Auditor, accounting firm, and Managing Partner.
  •  Prepares documents and/or information requested by Florida Department of Revenue.
  •  Oversees administrative team that prepares quarterly report and review for accuracy prior to submission. Research and compile documentation requested by Lobbyist Compensation Auditor.
  •  Calendars and enrolls eligible employees into firms retirement plan and coordinates with accounting firm on contribution amounts.
  •  Coordinates with 401(k) provider and completes requests for information.
  •  Manages contribution change requests as requested by plan participants.
  •  Manages private airplane lease expenses.
  •  Troubleshoots information technology issues and manages phone system answering rules and button mapping.
  •  Hires and manages vendors for building, including cleaning services, security, lawncare, elevator, maintenance/repairs, etc.; and drafting of lease amendments.
  •  Manages firm supplies, purchasing and credit card balances.
  •  Implements firm policies and procedures as directed by the Managing Partner.
