Local company is looking for a Customer Service Representative with strong people and computer skills to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain rapport with customers
- Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints
- Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.
- Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs.
- Assists in planning and implementing department goals and makes recommendations to management to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Managing schedules of service technicians
- Must be customer oriented and with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team player with the ability to set and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Organizational skills are a must, scheduling experience preferred
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Microsoft Office / Computer proficiency
- Must be able to work full-time 40 hours per week; some weekends
- 3-5 years of customer service experience
- Criminal background check and drug screen required
