Now hiring Welders in the Ogden Area

Shift: 5am-3:30pm Mon-Fri+ OT available

Job Duties:

• Review schematics, templates and patterns to plan layout and fabrication details.
• Align and assemble structures for welding using cranes, cum-a-long, chains, etc.
• Use cutting torches to burn for precision layouts.
• Weld seams completely by electric arc or gas welding procedures.
• Work is performed on galvanized steel.
• Apply tack weld to hold assembled parts in alignment.
• Use of peen and sledges to obtain fit up for welds.
• Use wire brushes to remove slag and weld spatter from fittings.
• Apply paint to welded areas. 
• Perform QC checks on product
• Maintain equipment and work area in a clean

Requirements:

• Welding Experience 
• Able to lift 50lbs
• Able to stand majority of shift
• Good attention to detail 
• Forklift experience preferred
