Bilingual Recruiting Specialist
Job duties consist of but are not limited to the following:
- Work directly with available recruiting resources and branch support teams to actively recruit
- Pre-screen, interview, and place employees that meet all client hiring requirements
- Create, build, and maintain client and employee relationships
- Monitor and address personnel issues and concerns quickly and effectively
- Maintain customer and temporary employee records to ensure completeness and accuracy
- All other duties that may arise to ensure the successful operation of the company
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM (FLEXIBILITY IS A MUST)
Salary: Starting $16HR
Location: Remedy South Office
