Automobile Seat Manufacturer is looking for some great employees to fill several general laborer positions in their Hebron location.

1st Shift: 6:45am - 7:15pm

3 - 12 hour shifts - work 3/off 3

Job Description for General Labor positions:

DECK

• INSERTS  Places proper inserts (wires, felts, & Velcro) into molds.  Reaching overhead and bending this is 100% of the time.

• DEMOLD/CLEANING Removes molded foam seat pads from molds

• Places proper inserts (wires, felts, & Velcro) into molds. o Informs supervisor of insert shortages; assists in recovering dropped or misplaced inserts
• Reaching overhead and bending this is 100% of the time. 
• Places part on conveyer for next stage of finishing process.
• Cleans any foam particles and/or wax build-up from the molds.
• Informs supervisor and line technician of process problems underfills, wax burns, etc.
• Cleans foam particles and/or wax build-up from molds o Applies spray wax to the mold surfaces
• Notifies supervisor and line technician of process problems
• Reaching overhead and bending this is 100% of the time.
