We are searching for an enthusiastic and professional "People Person" with basic administrative and computer skills. All applicants should have a minimum of one year office or Customer Service experience, working knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong verbal and written skills and work well with others. This position requires a love of customer service, professional presentation, computer proficiency, excellent phone skills and attention to detail. 

Minimum skills / Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Document management, administrative and writing skills 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 
  • Customer service, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Professionalism in presentation and verbal / written communication
  • Flexible, detail-Oriented, able to multi-task
  • Ability to manage Multi-Line phones
  • 1 year administrative, Front Desk or Customer Service experience
  • Bilingual a plus but not necessary
