• Pay: $20 per hour 
• Training Mon - Fri 8am-5pm
• Available Shifts:
  • Mon-Fri 8am-9pm and Sat 9am-6pm
  • Mon -Fri 11:30am - 8:30pm

Customer Service Technical Support Job Duties:

1. Be a subject matter expert within the area of technical support and customer service excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Professional phone and email etiquette.
2. Meet operational standards by problem resolution, process improvement and customer-service standard.
3. Answer calls and handle questions and complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
