Remedy Staffing is currently hiring Housing Quality Inspector!

Housing Quality Inspector pay: $17.85
Housing Quality Inspector Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Housing Quality Inspector Responsibilities:
•Research resident files to verify information regarding utilities, appliances, or other pertinent information.
•Schedules inspection routes daily and generates inspections in system.
•Documents inspections in system through detailed notes and uploads photos to file management system in an organized and timely manner.
•Communicates inspection results to landlords and outlines HQS violations detected to the landlord.
•Demonstrate diplomacy when working with housing applicants, residents, property owners, etc. for each unit inspected
•Performs other duties as assigned.
