This position will manage the customer service team that supports billing, account services, and application software. Monday-Friday, daytime schedule | $65,000/hr + DOE Direct Hire Opportunity
This position will supervise the customer service team on training, coaching, and daily operations. This team is responsible for account billing, customer used application technical support, basic insurance onboarding, and more. This position will require previous P&C insurance experience and supervisory experience.
