Well established, insurance company in downtown Omaha is growing and is looking for a qualified Account Support Manager. This position will manage the customer service team that supports billing, account services, and application software. Monday-Friday, daytime schedule | $65,000/hr + DOE Direct Hire Opportunity

This position will supervise the customer service team on training, coaching, and daily operations. This team is responsible for account billing, customer used application technical support, basic insurance onboarding, and more. This position will require previous P&C insurance experience and supervisory experience.

Qualifications and REQUIREMENTS of an Account Support Manager include:

• Completed bachelor’s degree in related field
• 4+ years of related work experience
• Insurance knowledge in products and coverage information
• Commercial auto experience and P&C coverage
