Shift: 1st, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Pay: $17/hour (+$1.00 if bilingual)

Job Duties of a Intake Eligibility Specialist:

• Assist with application process in the office
• Assist clients and vendors with program eligible questions
• Evaluate application for accuracy/completion and enter into system
• Respond to phone and email correspondence or reports
• Communicate with utility vendors 

• Excellent oral and written communication skills knowledge with using computers
• Experience building and retaining client/vendor relations Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations relating to assigned programs
