Shift: 1^st Shift hours, Monday - Friday, 7:00a.m. to 4:30p.m

Pay: $15.00/hr

Job Duties of the Customer Care Representative:

• Process domestic and international orders via email, fax, mail, phone, and web
• Assis the customer with general ordering information
• Follow-up on customer inquiries when needed
• Resolve order issues regarding shortages, damages, faulty equipment, and lost packages
• Fill out and file claim forms with the applicable shipping for lost or damaged items
