Boutique hotel seeking an Assistant to the General Manager!

Job Duties:

  • Protect financial assets by properly administering accounting policies and procedures for handling financial transactions
  • Assists with various accounting tasks
  • Administer various human resources processes including orientation, training, recruitment and performance evaluations
  • Monitor employee performance and conduct evaluations to help improve customer service
  • Plan activities and allocate responsibilities to achieve the most efficient operating model
  • Administers policies and procedures for protecting the safety of guests and employees
  • Communicate with customers when appropriate
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in relevant experience (hospitality industry preferred)
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
  • Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure

Pay: $60,000+ annually, depending on experience
