Remedy Staffing is partnering with a HVAC company in North Tonawanda in search of Logistic Admins.
**Flexible start time & Open to Full Time and Part Time hours**
Job Duties:
- Generates outbound orders and reviews on a daily basis, for shipments of orders with available product
- Reviews inbound inter-company truck list for potential shipments
- Maintains communication with finance on current customer hold list
- Maintains control of current customer hold list, and applies accordingly to outbound shipment
- Combines shipping orders to minimize freight costs
- Routes shipments per customer requests. Where a carrier is not requested, will follow routings established by the Fulfillment and Delivery Manager
Requirements:
- Knowledge of freight terms and conditions is a plus
- Knowledge of warehouse procedures is a plus
- Related office experience required
- Basic computer knowledge, Outlook, Word and Excel.
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 an hour (depending on experience)
Shift: First Shift Hours (flexible on start time)
