Remedy Staffing is Hiring for a Process Manager for a client in West Des Moines, IA! This is a direct hire opportunity.
Starting Pay: $20.00 - $25.00/Hour (DOE)
Hours: 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday-Friday
Occasional half day on Saturdays
Duties:
- Researching information for customers (Completion dates, materials needed, costs involved, where are we at with the process)
- Working with multi departments to find information (both inhouse and customer)
- Communicating with purchasing managers
- Providing strong follow up and progress calls to customers
- Researching process errors and finding a solution
- Working on floor with parts and materials
Requirements:
- Previous CSR experience with a manufacturing facility preferred
- Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office
- Experience with a Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) system preferred
