Zoo Concessions Cook
This is an exciting opportunity to work for the Caldwell Zoo in Tyler, TX! Remedy Staffing is now hiring experienced Cooks and Prep-Cooks for food service / concessions positions in a fast paced environment.
Concessions Cook Job Duties:
- Cook and prepare concession foods like hot dogs, hamburgers, popcorn, snow cones, soft serve ice cream and chips
- Serve customers at the counter and taking meal orders
- Operate cash register (POS system), handling money and making change
- Operate a credit card terminal
- Stocking and receiving supplies
- Cleaning kitchen and outside eating area
- Wash dishes
- Serving beverages and ice cream from a cart outside
- Maintaining safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
