Your Challenge:

• Ability to work independently.
• Review costing of new products and update in ERP system.
• Review inventory with Operations department to track slow moving items.
• Participate in Physical Inventory.
• Create and review production variance report.
• Create and review PPV report and work with Operations to resolve discrepancies.
• Inventory Reports – including WIP, inventory on hand, inventory movement, and inventory aging.
• Standard costing for Budgets.
• Work closely with Operations team to provide reports and information to make production efficient.
• Liaise with Operations department.
• Identify areas of improvement and proactively take action.
• Pays close attention to detail.
• Follows all department policy, rules, and procedures.
• Position reports to Controller with no direct reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business and/or Finance.

• Experience with MS Office suite, Microsoft Excel and Access skills are a must
• Experience with QAD system is a plus
