Respected telecommunications company located near Elkhorn, NE is searching for an experienced Operations Specialist to support their team. This position will be responsible for data reporting for major clients, partnering with the appointed Account Managers to review and resolve client inquiries.

Monday – Friday | Day time schedule | $50,000 - $70,000 DOE Direct Hire Opportunity

**This is a REMOTE position that will require remaining in the metro area to be available for onsite meetings, scheduled work days, and appointments**

Operations Specialist job duties include:

• Data gathering, reporting, and preparing for various clients and accounts
• Analysis of data through audits and QA plans
• Develop procedures and training material for internal department processes
• Partner with internal departments to troubleshoot discrepancies and errors

Qualifications of an experienced Operations Specialist include:

• Associates or Bachelors degree in related field, computer science preferred
• 2-3 years of related work experience in data summarizing
• High level Excel experience REQUIRED
• Strong analytical and Organizational skills
