Production Woodworker 1st

Remedy Staffing has partnered with a leader in cabinet manufacturing to recruit and hire qualified candidates to fill entry level positions in their Waterloo, IA facility. Our client is a leader in the quality of products it builds and prides themselves on having a strong safety record. Remedy is looking for candidates who want a long-term career. These positions we offer are “Temp to Hire.”

Shift/Hours: 1st shift. 6AM - 5PM.

Pay: $15.65/hour.

Currently Remedy is filling openings in sanding, assemble, boxing, mill and finishing departments. 

Remedy is looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

• Ability to perform multiple tasks, lift up to 50 pounds

• Ability to use computer-based tools for problem solving

• Quality Oriented, work in fast paced environment

• Ability to work with hands and hand tools

• Must be willing to take initiative and be a self-starter

• Communicate well with others

• Flexible in day to day task management

• Solid record of good Attendance / Reliability

• Demonstrates strong commitment to safety
