Position Summary:
- Under moderate supervision, lays out, positions, aligns and fits together fabricated metal parts, electrical components/wiring and hydraulic attachments.
- Fabricates and welds metal components as part of assembly operations to ensure completed products meet company standards.
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Uses training, knowledge, & experience to cut out the material and make the assemblies
- Perform welding in different positions Adjust your tools and machines
- Perform various tasks surrounding the work of a welder or, depending on the needs of the current project, personalized requirements of customers
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's):
- Know how to weld with MIG Have thoroughness, rigor, manual dexterity
- Be resourceful, responsible and punctual
