Remedy Intelligent Staffing looking for full-time Maintenance Supervisor for our valued client located just south of Portage, WI.   You must apply now to get in the running for this awesome Direct Hire position, don't wait!

Shift: 1st 6:30am - 4:00pm M-Fr. Weekends occasionally and on call rotation.

Pay: $30-35+ boe 

Job duties of the Maintenance Supervisor:

• Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
• Oversees the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
• Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed.
• Assesses building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules.
• Develops maintenance procedures and schedules.
• Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Assists with departmental budget estimates and costs of specific repair projects.
• Performs other related duties as assigned. 

• Basic industrial mechanical, electrical, plumbing and pneumatic skills including troubleshooting
• Understand purpose and proper use of small hand and power tools
• Understanding of company manufacturing processes including troubleshooting all machinery & equipment 
• Strong time management and task prioritization skills
• Self-motivation
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with and communicate to other plant personnel
• Facility organization Basic computer skills
