Immediate 1st Shift Janitorial Job Hiring In Des Moines, IA!

Hours: 7:00/8:00am-3:30/4:30pm, Monday-Friday
*Ability to work some hours on the weekends every other weekend and when weather dictates (usually a 4 hour shift)

Starting Pay: $17.00-$19.00/hr

Janitorial Duties:

• Ensure that the building is set up and cleaned for events and meetings 
• Cleaning building (vacuum, mops, floor buffer, restrooms)
• Groundskeeping duties (shovel sidewalks, apply ice melt, light mowing)
• Order custodial supplies
• Check heating and cooling systems

Requirements:

• Ability to learn basic boiler maintenance and functions
• Previous custodial or janitorial experience
