Description

Manufacturing Company located near 60th & I-80 in Omaha is hiring for a Customer Service Specialist to join their team. This position will REQUIRE experience in a Printing position to be considered for this role.

 

Monday - Friday | Schedules range between  7:30am-5:30pm | $18/hr. 

 

This client provides multiple opportunities for pay increases in their first year!

 

Job duties of a Printing Customer Service Specialist include: 

  • Giving price quotes for products and services 
  • Assisting clients with product selection by listening to their needs
  • Updating clients on order status 
  • Communication through phone and email 

This position will transform into a full time Account Manager/Customer Service Representative - what a great opportunity for growth and advancement! 

 

Experience in a production printing field will be required for this role.

 

This position will require a completed background and drug screen
