Logistics leader in West Omaha is growing their Collections Team! The Account Resolution Specialist will assist high level/large clients with complex billing issues that are in need of resolution.

Monday-Friday, daytime schedule | $19 - 22/hr DOE

Responsibilities of an Account Resolution Specialist include:

• Investigate unpaid invoices to determine a resolution with customer to receive payment
• Building relationships with customers

Qualifications of an Account Resolution Specialist include:

• 3+ years account support and/or client account management   
• Proven longevity in previous roles REQUIRED
• High level communication skills, written and phone
• High-level problem-solving skills

This position will require a completed background and drug screen
