Schedule: Monday - Sunday work weeks and two days off (FLEXIBILITY IS A MUST)
Rate of Pay: $75,000-$95,000 based on experience
Process/Mechanical Engineer Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Develop cost benefit analysis and recommend methods for improving utilization or personal, material, and utilities
- Manage physical equipment layout, new installations and supporting process layout planning
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using lean tools to identify sources of waste and implement efficiency changes
- Prepare facility layouts and design production process for optimum space utilization using 5S principle

All interested applicants MUST have:
- Post-secondary education required; Bachelor's degrees in Process and/ or Mechanical Engineering or related field required
- Minimum 2 years related experience required: Production or Manufacturing environment preferred
- Proven experience with Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); CAD or AutoCAD preferred
- Knowledge of Good Manufactuing Practices, Health and Safety, Food Safety, HACCP and the Primus GFC program
- Proven ability to lead and motive a team
- Excellent project management, analytical, time management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to communicate (oral & written) with all levels of staff and management; must be able to present information both verbally and in writing to executive leadership
- Commitment to high professional and ethical standards
- Provel ability to work in high stress, fast paced environment, demonstrate keen attention to detail and task-related accuracy
