South Omaha community support center is looking to add Bilingual Customer Service Representative team members to their pharmacy and medical departments starting immediately!


Full Time Schedules – 40 hours per week


Monday - Friday hours between 8am – 6:30pm (some positions include rotating Saturdays 9am – 1pm)


$15 - $17/hr DOE



Various department needs - Bilingual Customer Service Representative job duties include: 

  • Assist in pharmacy department to mail out prescriptions as requested by patients
  • Inventory management of pharmacy area, assisting customers over the counter with certain items
  • Some basic cash handling
  • Contact parents/guardians via phone to schedule appointments and wellness checks
  • Update basic records on website via phone communication


Qualifications of an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative include:

  • Bilingual Spanish and English REQUIRED
  • Ability to work schedule with flexibility to work rotating Saturdays as needed
  • Customer Service experience in previous work history is a must
  • Previous cash handling experience required for certain roles
